The enquiry form

The enquiry form does not send anything to a server and we do not store submissions on this website. When you press the button, your own email app opens with the details you typed, addressed to fflamygraig@gmail.com. Nothing reaches us until you press send in your email app.

Our email is provided by Google (Gmail), so any email you send us is processed through Google's email service.

Oil work and M Davison Gas and Plumbing

Oil work advertised on this site is contracted, invoiced, insured and carried out through M Davison Gas and Plumbing (OFTEC business no. 101569; technician Mark Davison no. 35754).

If your enquiry concerns oil heating, the details you send may be used by M Davison Gas and Plumbing to respond to you and, if you decide to go ahead, to contract, invoice, insure and administer that oil work. The same lawful bases, retention criteria and rights set out in this notice apply, and you can raise any request with us using the contact details above.

Why we can use your details

We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. If the work goes ahead, we use them to perform that contract.

Your chosen language is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. Any unfinished enquiry details you type are stored only in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab or browser session. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us automatically. You can also use the “Clear form” button to remove enquiry details straight away.

The site is hosted on Lovable's infrastructure. As with any website, the hosting and network providers may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, where that is necessary to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to ask for access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive certain information in a portable format. Contact us using the details above and we will respond.
